This facility is only available for the surgeries listed below.

If your surgery is not listed your surgery requires you to order your prescription directly with them. You can do this using the NHS Wales App, your surgery’s website or in person at the surgery. (Please note this is due to a change in surgeries policy locally and applies to all Pharmacies).

We will still collect your prescription and process it as normal at the Pharmacy, it is only the ordering process that has changed.
